What's the plug indicated by the blue arrow? Is that the back of the cam and does it go in like a frost plug?
What are the two cap screws (?) indicated by the green arrows?

Yes back of cam, goes in like a frost plug but it's thinner than a regular frost plug, other 2 are oil/lifter galleries

Does that plug ever leak? Is there any chance it could be installed too deep and have a tiny hole worn in it?
