I'm wanting to swap to a hyd roller cam in my 340 . An would like some ideas of who to try for parts at the best prices ?  Is it ok to mix manufacturers of parts like different cam co then different lifters .the eng will be in car . Not sure if that makes a difference or not . Also is there an brands to stay away from ? This is a street car but it will be driven hard time to time . I hope I have given enough info.
Thanks

Welcome
There are a few Mopar based cam companies , Lunati , Engle , Hughes design cams for Mopar engines specifically , I am no fan of Comp , most are chev designed copied for Mopar .
With roller cams there is no pattern where the lifter matches the lobe so you can use different makes & designs & new or used .
What you need to be aware of is roller cams can starve for oil if idled a lot there is not direct oiling to the roller on the bottom of the lifters , only splash fed , there are EDM rollers that have a tiny hole in the bottom of the lifter to feed oil to the rollers .

It is true that with roller lifters you can use non matching parts, but. It is usually best to keep parts for a given system matched with the same companies components.
Sometimes there is a difference in machine finish, heat treatment etc.. that can make a difference, especially if you have a problem, saying you used another companies parts will get you a denial for sure for any defective/damaged parts.
Always buy the best quality you can afford. It is always the most economical in the end. Parts last longer.
Like MPG. The more miles you get from a gallon of gas, the lower your cost per mile.
