Borgenson power steering and AC

Hello All, Has anyone had experience using the Borgenson power steering pump with factory or aftermarket AC ? . I want to go with the Boergenson unit but talked to tech support first at Borgenson and they stated that their pump is not compatible with factory AC. Bit confused here. Thanks
