WAG $8000-$9000CDN. Stroker kit $4500, Roller camshaft and lifters $2500, Timing chain, gaskets $500, Machine work $1000. Don't forget your tarriffs and shipping, maybe I'm a little light because of that.

I thought we smartened up and dropped tariffs because it just hurts ourselves? Ah...who knows...they change the fricken rules too often to keep up.

The current 440 Source cost for a 512ci stroker kit is $2699.  That's the kit I have in my 440.  Do have a machine shop check the balance.  Even though they say it's balanced, it was off slightly when my engine builder checked it adn had to be redone. You might want to check with them about which pistons it comes with as the pistons that come with the kit only register in the mid 9s for compression depending on what heads you're running. My engine builder didn't like the pistons the kit came with, and he had custom "Diamond" pistons made for it.  We also had a custom "Bullet" roller hydraulic camshaft made so that I'd have good torque/power but enough vacuum for the power brake booster. It has a nice idle but isn't a "thumper". I'm also running the Holley Street Dominator single plane intake, with a Quick Fuel 880 CFM carb, PRW SS rocker arm assembly, ProMaxx (formerly Patriot heads) aluminum heads, TTI 2 7/8" headers, TTI 3" X pipe exhaust and DynoMax Ultra Flo mufflers. With that combination the engine is a beast but still very streetable.
