Rebuild or Replace 360 Engine in my 74 Cuda?

I thought I would share some updated pics.  It's still in the process of getting completely put back in, but you get the picture.

From your pictures I can't tell but take a good look at the point where those M/P valve covers nearly touch the intake runners.. Some manifolds do touch & if not corrected you'll have a huge oil leak...  If there is interference mark the cover & simply grind away the lip of the V/C... Typically two small notches per cover about 1" long..

Yup, I've had to do this when I have these on my car.
