Since he is a friend of yours, I would think he would give the engine to you if you help him cut it up. Especially if he's not a Mopar or car guy. At the most whatever the value is in scrap right now which isn't a lot.

Thanks for the info. Those look essentially the same but stainless or cast. I think the originals are brass.

The ones I've got are brass....  The trick is get the 6801 which gives you the right part, get the two dash numbers which gives you fitting size then take those numbers to a weatherhead retailer... Weatherhead makes their fittings out of brass...
