Passenger side motor mount long bolt

Does anyone know what the long bolt in the center of the passenger side motor mount is used for? The car is 1970 Challenger 383 . I tried to upload a photo but I don't see it

Another question if you dont mind ,Does the dipstick mounting tab go on the inside of the rear upper mount block ear or outside of it? Thank you

Although this first pic is a 440-6, IIRC it should attach the same way on a 383 or 440-4 in order for the dipstick to clear the heat stove.
