First question, what 3rd member? 741? 742? 489? If 489 does it have a crush sleeve eliminator?

Second question, got a set of digital calipers?  If so get an accurate measurement between the two tabs that locate outboard ends of the cups...  And as close as possible get the cup diameter.... With those two measurements you can determine what your supposed to be using... Clearly it's an aftermarket yoke, it's probably a 1350 since 7260 & 7290 use clips to retain the cups & you have tabs...

The Moser yoke is a 7290 & you likely have a 7260 joint... You could have used an adapter U joint with 7260 on one axis & 7290 on the other axis....

Spicer 5-527X   Conversion U joint
the Napa part number for the conversion u-joint is # 347.

Joint #          cross            cup
                 dimension    diameter
1350       3.622          1.188

7260                               1.078

7290                               1.126

7260 & 7290 cross dimensions don't get measured the same because they are measured at the snap ring grooves...

Went to napa, got the #347 joint.  It fits the pinion yolk, but not the driveshaft.   So which one can I try next?

Who made your driveshaft?
You have a 7290 yoke, do you have a 1350 driveshaft maybe?
Does either axis of the conversion u-joint fit your drive shaft?

Driveshaft is with a TKO 5 spd.     The long side of the conversion joint does appear to fit.

So what you really need is a standard Mopar 7290 U joint....

IMNCARN82

Long slide of the joint is a 7290.... Short side is a 7260...

7290 probably does fit but a needle bearing got knocked over while installing it...

I'll go down to the driveline place tomorrow and try to figure it out.  Guessing a different end on the driveshaft.  Thanks for the help.

Guess it's a 1350 yolk. No conversion u joint made.  So Gettn the driveshaft changed.   In my frustration, I managed to get everything back together and fired her up. Been missing that sound!

Sooo close. UhG!

1350 isn't that GM?  Hmmmm.  Think moser sent the wrong yolk?
