Rear Disc Conversion Kit

I'm looking for some advice and/or companies where I can get a rear disc conversion kit for my 73 'Cuda. I've seen some at Jegs (https://www.jegs.com/p/Right-Stuff/Right-Stuff-Mopar-Rear-Disc-Brake-Conversion/1244429/10002/-1) and Speedway Mopar (https://www.speedwaymotors.com/Speedway-Mopar-8-3-4-in-Rear-Disc-Brake-Kit-for-A-B-E-Body,296827.html) but wanted to hear some opinions and find out if these are any good or if there's a better company to get them from.  I'm not looking to spend a ton of cash between the price of the kit and then labor to put it in.

Im using 2005-14 mustang rear disc brake on mines. U will just have to sand off a half a millimeter of the center of the rotor. The bracket only cost 150 bucks. Link to my YouTube https://youtu.be/hBDAEZKMt98

Do you have to change to "Green Bearings" like the majority of the conversions require?

Dr Diff has two rear kits depending if you have 14" or 15" wheels. Call him up, rear brake needs to match the front assuming you already have front disc brake. Next you need to change the proportioning valve and replace with a distribution block and adjustable regulator to set front and back bias. I think you can keep the master cylinder. His kits work with factory taper axle bearings and green bearings. Many other kits require you to change to the green axle bearings. Best to call Cass "aka Dr. Diff".

The Dr Diff kits will work with both style bearings.  Since I got custom length axles from him I've got green bearings.  There are two styles of green bearing and Dr Diff uses the stronger style.  The Dr Diff front/rear kit I bought uses Mustang Cobra calipers.

No you dont have to

Good to know , I would not switch to green brgs from the experience I have had in the past
