Rear end gear swaps 3.55 to 3.23

I have a 3.55 sure grip rear end, and i have a 3.23 insert as well. Can i switch the 3.23 gears into the unit and use the same sure grip parts?

Are the case numbers the same example(489) and assuming both are 8.75 rears. If they are the same yes take suregrip out of one and install in the other. I would recommend having someone set it up you will need a crush Collar or shim set to get pinion depth set.
