1970 and 1971 steering coloum

I'm just about ready to install my steering coloum. it was restored before I bought the car and now that am I looking at it I believe it is a 1970 coloum. does the 70 have the bottom dollar that moves? here is mine.

Looks like a B-Body turn switch lever (a little different then E, but works 100% fine).  1970 would have a tube that would lock out the key if it was not in Park or Reverse.  1971+ have the lockout on the column.   Also, did E-Bodies use that ground strap?  I thought that was B-Body?

there is no lockout ring like the 71. I do have the top section off of another coloum can they be switched? also the tube around the steering shaft is different

Does anybody have the correct length for a 1971 e body power steering call them shaft. I need the length from the top to the bottom thank you
