Running way too rich

My AAR is running so rich it will burn your eyes after a few minutes in the garage. The carbs were rebuilt about 500 miles ago and 5 years ago. Seems a lot worse this year after the winter storage sleep. I added Stabil and mixed it with a Lucas product. The gas was a mix of Hightest and non ethanol. She ran rich before this year but this is terrible.
The carb run great with no leaks and great when shifting. She has the original rebuilt duelpoint distributor also.
Any ideas on setting up the center carb mix or other ideas before I ruin a professionally rebuilt TA engine.

  First verify that the choke is opening correctly, then check the fuel level in the float bowls.  Fuel level should be right at the bottom of the site plugs (when you rock the car a little should spill out).  If a bunch of fuel spills out when you remove the site plugs then the float is set too high or the needle valve is not sealing properly.  Holley has a bunch of basic tuning videos that you can find on Youtube.

My experience is that lean A/F causes your eyes to burn. Run it long enough to be able to check your spark plugs. Black and sooty - too rich. White and flaky - too lean.

Advance the timing the factory setting is not nearly advanced enough .
