Should i use sealer(RTV, Right Stuff, etc.) or glue applied to all the gaskets when assembling them?  Oil pan, valve covers, intake, exhaust manifolds, water pump, etc.  Or would you just let the gasket do its thing? I don't like the cork gaskets, so i went with the thinner styles.

I used Permatex Ultra Copper on the stock exhaust manifolds.   No gaskets and no leaks.

The valve covers are Mopar Performance cast aluminum.   I'm just using cork gaskets with no sealant, but I have some seepage on the driver's side that will probably get addressed with some gasket adhesive or other sealant (I'm not going to risk denting them by over-torquing the bolts).

The rest of the engine is gaskets only as far as I know.

How about the 8-3/4 differential gasket (center chunk)?

Well they call them "gasket makers" so hypothetically I imagine they expect you to use them as such; but I go against the grain and use them as sealers.  I guess time will tell if I am wrong but so far after over a year my differential does not leak.
