Following Zuke's thread reminded me that I need to replace the pump and housing on the 440 that I pulled for a stroker transplant-I used all the accessories off the 440 for the stroker.  Now my son wants to drop the 440 into his old wagon and all I have is a long block.

I am planning to use a Flo-Kooler pump because they move a lot of water at idle and low speed which is nice in Houston traffic.

The question is what housing to use.   Proform has a Mopar licensed housing, Summit has a house brand which is well reviewed.  I am sure all are imported so I am just looking for opinions as to what to use.  Some are called high volume so they are probably slightly ported.

None are cheap altho Mancini has some package pump/housing combos that are better priced but I want to use the Flo-Kooler as I said.

Experiences?
