Hi, I am trying to find the actual Manufacturer /Importer of the Non Fresh Air Version of the Reproduction Steel, Six Pack Air Cleaner.

This Version features the prominent water dam at the front.

https://photos.app.goo.gl/8eGtb7uw6eBVvT9j6 photo link

I am seeing the part (Kit - base and lid) sold as:

MN1013         Classic Industries

P4529057AB   Mopar Performance - Fuel Catalogue ...... This is a Mopar Classic Restoration Part and I believe that it is an official Mopar Licensed Part

P4529057AE   Jegs

P4529057AC   Summit Racing

The base alone, was originally sold as  #3418717

Why? I want to get my hands on the "Water Dam Pressing" of the Six Pack Version in order to add it to a 121-AG6PA Mopar 1969 B-body Air Grabber, 1969-70 Ramcharger (440) Air Cleaner base, now that I have a single Throttle Body EFI setup.

Both these parts are reproduction so no original parts will be damaged. First I need to find out who is making the Non Fresh Air Pressings

PG Classics say they do not make them. pgclassic@hotmail.com

Mike Rachuy at Tri Licensing couldn't help either mrachuy@trilicensing.com

Anyone?

Boy it can be hard finding email addresses at times. re this matter I am still trying to find them for:

shakerhood.com
Art Pacheco of Six Pack Performance
Now Dave of Roseville

Why email .... because I am in New Zealand with the time difference etc and it's dam hard to send photos on the telephone

:)

I wouldn't bother with Snobar or Art from 6 pack.
Snobar supplied Art with air cleaners, but just the ones he had manufactured overseas
Snobar never carried those nor do they now.
This is what you are looking for but I doubt the manufacturer would sell one separate.
I've been down that road, but perhaps you'll get lucky.

Unfortunately Mopar has discontinued both versions of this kit 11-2019. I do not recall who the manufacturer was. If may be easier to find a member on the forum that has one and ask them to make a cardboard template and mail it to you.
Please Email me at daver@manciniracing.com or call 586-790-4100

Yes that is exactly the part I am trying to find. Do you still have it?  :wowzers:

Is there any chance you could make a cardboard template or drawing ..... I appreciate it wouldn't be easy what with curved shape etc.

So we still don't know where this part was/is made?

mccannix

Sorry but I dont have that part anymore.
I'm sure someone here must have one.

Thanks for that mccannix

I'm certain that you are correct, it's just something of a needle in a hay stack!

Any ideas who I could try? I have just about exhausted my phone book.

Does anyone has an email address for a suitable contact within Mopar Performance?

mopar will NOT divulge any vendor/supplier information not even to a dealership.
Hi MoparDave

You say Mopar will not divulge any vendor or supplier, well you might care to look at this link https://www.mopar.com/en-us/store/parts/mopar-restoration-parts.html#all

Thanks for the link, but I just need the splash shield and that would be an extremely expensive way of getting one .... but thanks anyway.
