Looking for information on the hardware required to mount the rear exhaust hanger on a 1970 Challenger.  Bolt size, integral or separate washer, head marking, etc.  Bolt partially hidden in the below pic.  Thanks!

That appears to be the mid-car hanger. Are you saying that you believe the rear is the same?  Please see the pic in my first post. Thanks!

I believe the rear bolt and u-clip is the same. You could possibly verify by checking the parts book.

TWS

Thanks. My parts book doesn't have it. The usual diagram and accompanying page of components/ part numbers is vague in this area of the exhaust system. We had planned to use the same as the mid hanger until we came across the Dave Walden Challenger pic above. Hard to read the head marking but it is not the H style.

It is not a bolt Tim..the rounded clamp is threaded and takes a nut with the keeper.
ECS did a dead on reproduction of these Q clamps as seen in the picture you posted of the correct rear clamp.

TWS

Hey Terry, Yes we have the Q clamp just as pictured above and in the first post. I'm looking for the hanger mount that connects to the rear muffler bracket. I circled it in the pic below.

Another pic...not an H head bolt here either?

Anyone with a pic of an original exhaust setup showing the head marking? :help:

Do the heads on the upper plate studs on ECS exhaust have the correct markings?
