everything at Dodge & Plymouth (A, B, C & E-body) for '70 had blackwall tires STANDARD except (most "musclecars"):
BS =  F70-14 w/RWL
JS = F70-14 w/RWL
RM = F70-14 "white streak"
RS = F70-14 "white streak"
WM = F70-14 "white streak"
WS = F70-14 "white streak"
XS = F70-14 "white streak"
&
PP23* (Sport Fury GT) = H70-15 "white streak" early & w/RWL late *(actually PH23 with A52 OPTION package)

tires were an easy source to pump up the MSRP, the "musclecars" used STANDARD performance tires heavily in advertisements (but the A-bodies still got E70-14 Polyglas blackwall)
