Neal, with a lot of your postings you make me realize just how many of us put those Slott wheels on our cars.
I had them on my '72 Cuda back in the day and now on my '71.  :bigthumb:

They have always been my favorite , I had a set on my 70 Charger , those cars had massive wheel wells , 10" fit easily on the rear  :bigthumb:

I only had one set of them, I always prefered the five spoke style.

I was on Guam, windshields were hard to come by.... Engine & Trans were stored elsewhere.... I was trying to make a car out of it..... Picture was taken in 1980, car was nine years old & had less than 10K miles on it..... It was originally ordered by a serviceman & delivered to Guam....  426 Hemi/4spd 4.10 Dana... GK6/X9 Leather seats, AM Cassette, Heater Delete..... Guarantied a 1 of 1 combo..... Guam's salt air wasn't kind to the car....

Dang Wild, I hope it is still with us. It would have rust everywhere I bet, underneath and on every surface.

Sad to say it's not.... Probably best, island cars rust differently than northern cars.... It had rust through in lots of areas, the roof, the cowl, the tops of the quarters, middle of the drivers door.... Yet the bottom & frame were pretty solid.... If I'd gotten it back to the US I likely would have tried to rebody it since it was super rusty & clean bodies were easy to find..... At this point I tell myself it was better to let it die rather than be poorly rebodied which at that time was all I could have done....

At the shop we've shipped parts to service members stationed in Guam. They all told us rot out horror stories  :pullinghair:
