Here's maybe a weird question.... is there mounting bolts for all these parts???

I believe that comes with the kit. I'll find out for sure when I go pick it up.
If not, I will handle it.

@Dmz73 I checked the battery Dan. It's only 540 CCA. Too small maybe?

should be fine , it is not like it has to start at -40

The air cleaner was used on my 68 440 in 73 Barracuda with a two scoop hood on a Carter carb.

Technically he's got a 6 Pack style air cleaner but the carb sits too high to install the air cleaner and still shut the hood.
We'll need to switch intake and pull the carb spacer in order to fit the air cleaner he has.

just pulling the spacer could be enough it is not needed in there , I just have to notch the choke well to clear the secondary linkage without the spacer . There is   no need to change intake , he has one of the lowest available now .

@Dmz73 Do we have the correct rear brake pads and hardware this time? If I remember right it was just the pads that were wrong but not certain of that.

Discussions between Dan, Neil, Ian and myself have brought this project closer to reality. The parts list is near completion and the build dates are July 4-6. This is a Wed, Thurs, Fri. That may seem strange but there was no weekend that worked for everyone. Dan is the most familiar with the situation so that needed to be taken into consideration.

Dan has mentioned it already but I'll mention it again, Dave at Roseville Moparts has stepped up in a huge way on this and we certainly appreciate it. Be sure to support him with your future parts purchases.

Anyone wishing to contribute time, parts or money are most welcome to do so. Our goal is to get the car completed.
Note to Neil and Dan: Ian and I quit at 3:00 on Fridays, it's part of our union contract.
