Any idea where these go?

While going through my parts bins today looking for Shaker base plate attachment feet, I stumbled upon these.  Any idea what they are or where they go?

They possibly look like homemade exhaust pipe hangers as the part with the two holes looks home made with crude cuts in them, but I'm not sure.  Any ideas?

Those are not factory parts, they look like old exhaust hangers
