I am easy to please, but I am going to go with no.  Lot of money spent, probably could of built two nice e-bodies for the amount of money invested????

I'm not feeling it either but I've seen a lot more that were really bad, at least you have to look twice at this one.

Like to see what else this guy has done. Someone liked this '73 Chacuda enough to pay $44,000. for it.

I think that is a first for me . . Never saw a challenger made into a cuda?  First question .  .  WHY?

:stop:
Drive it like you stole it . . . And they're CHASING you!

Interesting & not bad but not for me , one of my favorite features is the dark sunken grille in the 70 Chall , the flush 71 is a no go , the rear looks weird with the tapered down trunk lid of the Chall & the Cuda lights , even the spoiler helps but not enough .
Just off enough that it doesn't work  :alan2cents:

I like it for a one off.    The color helps the blend for sure.

I would think that the grill should be pushed back in a little further like the challenger grill would be.

No love from me on this one...
Respect the work but as previously said you ask the question of why.
I will invoke my Ring Bros position. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. Too much is still too much.

I posted this Chacuda because it reminded me of some other creative builds. I've seen a 55 Chevy front end on a 56 Chevy. I've owned three of each and I liked the blend. I've seen a 68 Camaro front end on 68 Firebird and it looked good, and I have owned both.  What if scenarios that materialized, are someone's fantasy realized.  :unbelievable:We get used to seeing things a certain way and for some gets boring. Glad to see Goodguys encourages this sort of "thinking outside the box"  by including "Dare to be Different" in their awards ceremony. Makes the world a more interesting place for some hobbyists.

I'm all for customs and being different but this one I don't get.

CudaMoparRay

This build would IMO address the person who is really torn between having a 'Cuda or Chally but can only afford one or the other.
All-in-all an interesting build.

As far as craftsmanship someone is talented, as far Why? someone is a little mixed up IMO.
