Chrome Valley Customs App?

Just stumbled across this app today, on my Android phone. Not seen it mentioned here, has anyone downloaded and played it? I'm thinking of checking it out, though I'm sure it is like them all and just a way to spam with adds, but could be a fun way to waste some time
