Concrete Sealer

I want to seal my concrete basement floor. The concrete is four years old.  I'm looking for a product that I can apply with a mop. I'm not painting or using epoxy. I just want a clear, low or semi-gloss type of finish that will seal the non ending dust that comes from the cement. Does anyone have recommendations?
