The way all trucks used to be.

I was wondering if this was why you were asking about the correct rims for this !

Nice truck I'd love to own it!

Mopsquad

Beautiful!  I'd love own one of those in that condition.

Is it a real Power Wagon or a clone ? I didn't think they came with an 8ft box ? Either way, great looking truck  :drooling: :clapping:

#8
It's a clone but an 8' box was an option. It has a .030 over 440 with a 680 Holley, headers and a Comp roller cam. 727, new brakes, emergency cable, exhaust, front fenders, tires and rims and a southern box. It's very clean and straight.

Nicely done, what is the value of a truck like that ? $20K ?

Ilove the look of the slotted rims , I would leave those on the truck !

RUNCHARGER

Nice truck, but you didn't sneak that blue Bighorn out under your arm? Those things are super rare and super cool.

@blown motor   Murray, we need some more pictures man! Love it, nice truck! Hard to tell from pictures but are those rims aluminum slots of stock Mopar wheels like the Little Red Express had?

@Brads70 I'm not real familiar with exactly what the Little Red Express had so I can't say for sure. I'm not even real familiar with everything about the Macho Power Wagon, still learning. The trouble is that there isn't very many of them around so it's a bit hard to get information. You google something and the same three or four articles on the same two or three trucks keep coming up. I'm hoping they get the safety done on Tuesday and then I can get some more pictures. The grille is showing it's age so if you know where I can get a good one let me know.

@Brads70 The slotted rims look the same as the little red express in the sales brochure for each. They were an option for the 79 Macho so they'll stay.
