Apparently, they were not GTX's, but RO code factory super stock Belvy's; specially built for track not for the road

the '67 Super Stock B-body 2-door hardtops were "W0" Coronet 440 & "R0" Belvedere II although it is not intuitive for 1967 to be accurate the second digit is a "0" ZERO  as in ZERO warranty

Something I've seen referenced many times but had no idea just what it was
        Polyspherical Motors more commonly referred to as a Poly Motor
Originally a lower cost Semi-Hemi to be more competitive based on the original hemi block

The Aerodynamics were certainly part of the story... But the first All Steel Car was the real claim to fame.....  Check out the original advertising video that would have been shown in theaters since television barely existed...
