Saw the doctor yesterday and he said everything is fine. He says I don't need the brace unless I'm doing something strenuous and I can lift up to 25 pounds now. Since I weigh 165 I don't need therapy I just need to walk and exercise until I'm back in shape. My wife was asking all the important questions and I asked if I can start shooting and working on cars again. I also got the ok to change the oil on my truck.
Here are the x rays of my cyborg bits. I;m going to start pulling some bits off the Challenger and get it ready for a color change to whatever color I end up deciding on.
