K-frame

Could you tell me what this means on my frame . I have the number 12  on a large tag if you like at the front of the k-frame . Does this mean that the k-frame was made in the December. My car was born 12 day October 69

12 is the last 2-digits of the part number 2962012 (early V8 "no skid plate" E-body K-frame)

the date is a stamping - about in the center & will be of the format 2469 - 1 (246th day of 1969 1st shift)    Wednesday 9/3/69
