New tire issue. Received fantastic service !

I ordered Goodyear raised while letter tires from Motorspot/Truspoke.  They came quickly, but found out that one was out of round. Couldn't even go 50mph. Contacted them, they talked to the local tire shop and said they would send me a new one and give me a shipping label for the defective one. All of this took place within the time frame of UPS shipping from California to Illinois and back.   Highly recommend !!!
