Ontario speed limit changes

I heard that effective today the speed for getting charged with racing drops from 50 km over to 40 km over. Has anyone else heard of this?

Yeah, I heard that the "stunt driving" levels and penalties are changing. I don't have any specifics yet but I believe licence suspension and car impound times are increasing too.
