Back when I was in my 30's I got invited along for a "race" on a 45' sailboat.... Talk about insanely boring.... These guys were pissed off when a speedboat "cut their course"  their boat didn't get to the path of the powerboat for over two minutes.... Yes there was still a slight wake which is what had them upset but if I were in the powerboat I wouldn't have given the sailboat a second thought.....

25-30 years later I might be willing to go for another ride.. But honestly I'd rather go for a ride in the flat bottom V drive.... 

Beyond that it looks like a nice place...
