I am sure everyone has seen the bombings in Shrilanka. Took place in the capital  Columbo. That was one of the places I went when I was on my Asia tour. A very beautiful and modern country, my prayers are with them. US media not covering it like I thought they would.
One of the hotels hit is called Cinnamon  Grande, a very upscale hotel that I visited several times(Great Bar). I have traveled to many counties but there's no place like home.

Damn shame, lot of good people killed & injured....
US Media rarely covers violence perpetrated by "some people who did something".... Since I guess that how it's described these days....   Allot like the lack of coverage of Church's in France & likely elsewhere being torched...

Very tragic , don't get me started on the media Bias

The world is going nuts for sure.

Media bias is at an all time high - lots of similar attacks that don't get reported. When the attack happened in NZ, Adern was quick to single out rifles as the problem and then went on to ban semi auto rifles even though she knew it won't solve anything - after all she said her job is to 'make people feel safe', whether it actually accomplishes it or not. Yet, not a word from her is uttered re 'banning bombs' post the Sri Lanka attacks.  ::)

RIP to all the victims of such brutality.

Death toll continues to rise, so sad.

Sickening the lack of respect some people have for human life. I can't seem to think of words that accurately describe my disgust.

An interesting site I had not visited before.
But to get an accurate view of any news event, I feel you need to look at multiple news sources both left and right and local and international, then draw your own conclusions. On this continent, CNN, FOX, CBC all try to get you to 'lean' their way. I would prefer if they would just present the facts in a neutral fashion and let me make up my own mind.

Yeah, wouldn't that be nice.....  Unfortunately I don't see that happening anytime soon...

These millennials are in a la la land. They've gotten everything handed too them and the liberal teachers and lack of parental guidance along with the leftist media are really going to create problems in a few short years. They'll have lost the fight before they know they're in one.

Interesting comment. I tend to agree with the schooling bias. Have a single kid that is a hs senior now. Public schooled, there was plenty of "tolerance" taught because it is the right thing. To which I agree. My issue is the lack of tools taught to actually apply it. Communication skills (legitimate ones) are at top of my list. Preaching is not a conversation.
