Work. Got real busy over the past couple weeks. My buddy closed his business and is sending all his customers to me.

@YellowThumper I fully understand that one. My daughter is a starting star. Good times.

I decided to paint the main floor, stairwell and upstairs hallway of my house. Open concept is great until you need to paint it. I am taking no time off work so the project is in it's third week.

By the time I am done this it will be midway through November and the car will be away for the season.

Someday I will have a J0b.

I've been putting off a lot of inside house painting as well, in trying to get my 70 RT project paint ready. Sometimes it takes discipline.

Congrats for you and her. Enjoy the ride. What grade level for her now?
Mine is now starting college this year. 4 years of all about her. Hs and multiple travel ball clubs covering many states.
Great ride but man it was costly. Basically a full ride scholarship for 5 years made the outlay even more worth it.
Now the house... and squeeze in the car somewhere.

@YellowThumper she's 7th grade and 5'9" and growing. Supposed to be over 6' per her pediatrician. Been in basketball since preschool and came up with two older brothers not cutting her any slack on the court. She's also always been in travel and is a starter with her 8th grade school team, usually scoring 20+ points. She knows one mode...all out. Two broken bones so far, not counting a minor retinal bleed from an eye gouge. I love watching her. Never was a sports guy, this is all her sports addicted mom.

Very cool. Mine grew to 6 foot. I actually hated basketball until she started playing and I learned all that the game actually is. Not the NBA version of a thug fest.
All her drive. All we had to do was pull her back from doing too much. Here is my most favorite pic.
She is currently rehabbing an ACL repair. Her first major injury. Yep also mostly a starter with only exception was hs coach for 2 years that preferred politics over reality.
As stated enjoy the ride.
