I don't think they changed the A-body roof structure any.  While not correct, you could probably use the hard board all the way back to 67.

Yeah I believe you are correct. The hard headliner is so much easier to install at that. Around $75 more expensive than the bow style, but installation is a breeze.

More progress yesterday.

I coated the floor in POR-15 and laid down dynamat (fatmat).
I also fabricated a package tray cover and restored the steering wheel.

The package tray speaker openings aren't perfect but the speaker grilles will cover that.

Covered the POR-15 coated floor in rattle trap sound deadening mat last night and pulled the dash harness out. I soaked the fuse block in evaporust to remove the bad oxidation and grime. Came out great!

Nice car!  Back in the day my friend bought a brand new 360 Duster 4 speed. I wasn't expecting much from it but that car surprised me as it ran just as strong as my 71 340 Demon 4 speed!
