Windsor engine plant

I was looking for old pictures from Chrysler engine plants and came across some from the Windsor plan in the late 70's.  Have a look at the pictures in this article.  You can see that the torque converters were installed on the engine fairly early in the assembly process.  What I found interesting is the bare metal exhaust manifolds(not painted).  By the look of the manifolds it looks like they are 360 engines.  The coolant bypass hoses are still blue though.  The oil filters are blue as well.  The spark plug wire plastic holders are bare plastic.

Just cool to see those details that changed from the early to late 70's.
