Had a chance to buy this car last year. Was a green on green '71 R/T 440 automatic. Was rolled badly. The guy wanted the same amount of money that I paid for my non-wrecked but somewhat rusty '71 R/T so I passed.

Cody: Is that green on green one an Alberta car? That's a shame for it to get this far in life and then have that happen.

Guess this would be the appropriate thread for this. "Convertible kit" was for sale today.

Anyone know where this was at and/or who was selling it. I think a few on here were curious as to cost.

YellowThumper

Don't know the seller. It was at the Fall Fling in so cal. Woodley park.

Life is to be viewed thru the windshield. Not rear view mirror.

Telephones and trees seem to be getting in the way.

I was driving wild once when I was young and almost slammed into a telephone pole.

I mellowed out a little a bit being that crazy ever since.

Came within 3 feet of slamming it at full speed.

Yes but I forget exactly where in Alberta it was. It was on Facebook on one of the for sale groups. I believe the story behind it was it had been rolled back in the day and stored since.
