That 70 bh has a blacked out tail panel.  Any knowledge on the car?

Also looks like the orange one in the back would be in better condition.

I do know the "owner" puts the car's value at over 100k after a restoration! may be some day?

I know of a 67 Charger and a 57 vette fuel injected like that.
"I will get to that" for almost 40 years for both. 2 different people and same story.
