Back bar

Can any one tell me if a 70 cuda back Crome bar is the same as a 71 cuda back Crome bar ? And if the bottom back panel with : the exuast cut outs are the same? Because I have a 70 but some time in her life it has been hit  and the bottom panel as 1971 it has yellow ink from a motor wrecker on it .My issue is that the small Crome bummeretts donot fit in the centure of the two cut outs they touch hard up against the panel ,and there is a gap of about 3/8 to 1/2 inch . So this week end I am going get the bent bar that came on the car and mesture from one corner of the bar to the centure of the bummper over raider and see what we come up with .very early build car so I donot know what's going on I will try and send a photo thank you
