Some tasty stuff.  He says the bezels are repros.  Is there such a thing?  I didn't think anyone made 71-style bezels?

anlauto

PG Classics had them, I just bought a set a few months ago, but I don't see them on their website any more. :'(

Think for sale by member here. Was like 2 Years ago I think?

Something is weird here...

This same picture was in an ad posted here from Texas.

And it says sold May 2021. It was put for sale in September 2020.

Other than them both being 71 grilles I don't see the similarity.
Texas: on a workout bench & no headlight bezels.
Barrie, ON: on a box, tailgate and has headlight bezels.

Is there something I'm not seeing.

anlauto

Not to mention the one from Texas is broken on both ends :dunno:

I know someone who spoke with him regarding these.
The wing is sold at $500.00 ( good deal as it was an original ) .
Both grills were argent originally and he had a shop paint one black,
....as most know, original RT black grills were molded in black plastic.
He wants $1500.00 for either grill and $500.00 pair for the repro headlight bezels,....all figures in Cdn $$

anlauto

That's cheap I sold one two months ago for $1700 CDN needing restoration..

There's a grille with NOS headlight bezels in mint condition in West Virginia for $6500.

You're right.

Similar brick house. Similar setting.

My bad.

That's the only ebody grill I don't own.  Tough one to find and buy.
Being in Canada, this would make for a tough shipping job.
