Wiper Rubber Boot

I wasn't sure which category to post this question and I didn't find it in a search...how does one get their windshield wiper rubber boot replaced?  I have a 2 speed wiper setup and all is good except the rubber boot.  It is 50 something years old and torn.  Where do I get a replacement?  How do you fasten the boot retaining strap?

I don't know where to get a boot other than finding a good used one.
As for the "strap" it just unclips. Moving the flat part to the side should easily release it.

I agree, I don't think they are reproduced, so a good used is you're only option...try a want ad here..

 if it's only cracked you might be able to repair...

I still have a long way to go, but it is satisfying just to work on it!
