rallye dash conversion heads up

anyone else run into this problem, I completely restored my 70 style rally dash wiring harness - having converted from a 73 non rally dash - plugged everything in and the parking brake light goes on and won't turn off.  Turns out position 12 and 24 on the harnesses are switched between the years, 12 is where the brake switch should be but in 1973 its where the horn wiring goes thru. Literally every other wire is in ok position.  weird huh, so to anybody else doing the switch be on the lookout for this.
