WIW 72 - 73 front bucket seat belts

Had these in my 70 Challenger just getting to replacing with the correct belts.

Tags on the retractors are 3695636 dated 2672, I think that means September 72?   Anyone know the correct application for these?   I assume 73 Challenger.   Opinions on fair value?  Chrome has no rust or patina, but usual wear and tear for 50 years old.  Tags on the retractors.  Wires for buzzer have been cut.

Bonus question, got my deluxe seat belts for the 70 Convertible.   They came with 10 washers and 2 spacers.   When I look in the service manual, I don't see anything about washers or spacers.   It does show washers for the dart.  Washers on the bolts?  The 2 Spacers for which belts?   Sorry if this is obvious and TIA.
