Is any one here using a PST manual steering box?

I just bought their 20:1 ratio manual box. When I opened the shipping box it had the steering box and a receipt in it and that was all.  No info on how many turns lock to lock the box is, no info on centering it, whether the box came centered, no nothing.

So I decided to call them and ask questions.  One of my questions was does their box use the same seals as the original OEM box.  They couldn't answer that nor tell me what seals are used......nice.

The box is full of grease which is the way they came from the factory I believe.  So I asked them what kind of grease is in the box...they couldn't tell me that either.  Pretty pitiful!

So I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with their new manual steering boxes?

I'm gonna install the one I bought from them but them not knowing anything about it doesn't give me a warm fuzzy.

I believe PST is now Kanter Auto Group.. It doesn't seem like the customer service is the same. That's only my opinion maybe others have had a different experience.I definitely was happy with the limited parts I bought from them while they were original PST. Hopefully their quality is still good.

I think PST has always been part of Kanter Auto Group along with a couple other companies but I don't know that for 100% fact.

But I was talking with PST when I asked the questions about the seals and the grease.  On the PST website in their description of the 20:1 manual box they state that they "designed and built it".  That's obviously complete and utter BS if they don't even know what seals and grease are in it.
