Question about 727 spline count

1973 Plymouth Barracuda. Originally a 318 car. My question is, should I have a 24 or 19 spline 727? Is there one count that is typically in a '73 Barracuda? Trying to buy a new Converter and need to know the spline count hopefully without having to drop the trans.

If possible, share the stamped numbers of the trans. On an older car, it is possible it is not the original and may have been changed.

make sure its even a 727.   Typically a 318 e-body car came with a 904 auto.   check the numbers on the side of the transmission right above the pan.

I just found out you can look for a dog leg on the front corner of the trans
