Finally in a position to move ahead on Restomod on a 70 Barracuda sold out of my parents dealership (Mahopac Chrysler Plymouth) looking for a place in the south east to do metal work and paint.  drivetrain and suspension is still kinda open.

I work for an old hotrod restoration shop in South Florida.  Fort Lauderdale.  Let me know if you're around here.

I've been watching some of Carthage Classic Cars videos on YouTube. Can't validate any of his work but might be worth looking into. They are out of North Carolina.

I've not used them myself but Clark Classic and Hodge are a couple of well known shops in the Carolinas.

No personal experience but I have been aware of US Car Tool in N.C. doing complete bodies for quite a while, they specialize in mopar. I see they offer restoration service as well https://uscartool.com/restoration
They may not be the best place for a concourse restoration but if your looking to use their chassis stiffening products they should be able to handle any thing you need body wise.
Check out their FB page to get an idea of what kind of work their doing.
