Need to sell a few cars. Don't want to sell but I have an ailing father and I need to help. This is one way I can possibly help him. :(

There is one ebody on the chopping block list.
Most of these are rocky mountain cars and have minimal rust especially in comparison to all the other states.

I sold a 70 firebird last year in the same condition as this one for 7500.  However, this one has been taken apart unfortunately.  My buddy bought it and started taking it apart, sanded the hood and a few parts.  Then had to move from the state.  Sold it back to me.

Contrary to the opinions of some, I am not dumber than I look.

avatar_cuda hunter @cuda hunter Man! I'd love to have that '69 GP. Although I'd prefer it to just have the 400 rather than the 428. I'd want to make it my daily and drive the wheels off of it. If it's the 428 it must be an SJ right? Not sure I could daily an SJ 428 car. It needs to be restored, not driven as a beater. Could you tease me and shoot me some pictures if you have the time? To me the GP is a great road car. Very comfortable. My wife would string me up by my tender parts. But maybe not. 30 years of marriage, she might just roll her eyes and think "not again".  :D

It is a regular J car.   Original 428 ordered car.
It is a great car.  It's one that I don't really want to sale but would if I must.  I've had it over 20 years.  Driven it all over Colorado.  Even driven it 100 miles in 3' of snow.  Used to drive it to the ski resorts hours away.  Wolf Creek, Monarch, Copper, Breckenridge, etc.

The thing has the cleanest trunk of all my cars.  Such a good car.
I bought it to pull the 428 and put it into my LeMans GTo kinda clone.  But while driving it home 23 miles I couldn't convince myself to pull the motor. The thing just drives so freakin smooth.

I see bucket seats, so a console shift not column? Sure looks like a western car. Clean. :drooling:

I agree, even being a Mopar guy that's the most interesting of the group and the one I'd be up for.

Yeah, console shift.
Pontiac only made a hundred of so 4 speeds so 99% of these cars are automatic.
Most came with atmosphere control so very few with actual vents from the outside.
The dash was designed by delorean, his last American car company design.  It wraps around the driver's eyes and really doesn't let the passenger see that I am driving 140 MPH.  And it does every bit of that.  An incredible car really.
I was very surprised that this one tickled my fancy.

avatar_cuda hunter @cuda hunter Well, I tried the subtle gentle approach thinking I might have better luck. Nope! Crashed and burned. I hate it when my wife uses my own logic on me.  ::)  :))
Well, good luck with selling your cars and I hope it helps where needed. Family always comes first.
