Looking for the current owner of a 70 hemi cuda with a last 8 of 0B236292. I was sent a picture of of what appears to be the original engine/ block. I would like to put the owner of the car in touch with the owner of the engine/ block. I do not know much about the car outside of supposedly it originally came from Iowa and might be in a collection in Florida. If you would send me a PM or email me at otissteph@yahoo.com
Thank you, Matt

So being a Cuda the vin should be

BS23R0B236292
Or
BS27R0B236292

Is the motor for purchase for only the correct owner then?

M @mattsmopars

Thanks for passing the information along to us and thanks for joining the site.  I hope you introduce yourself and show us some pictures of your multiple mopars.

Yes, welcome to the site! Nice of you to give somebody a chance to restore the original engine in their car. :bigthumb:

It should be a hardtop car, The current owner of the engine wanted to see if the original car was out there or could be located, before trying to sell the engine to others.
As for introducing myself, I have been a long time member of moparts, FABO, FBBO  under the same user name. No E-bodies of my own. Have a couple B -body cars. A 68 superbee, and and a 66 coronet 500.
Myself and a good friend Joe Sica keep a hemi vin list in case things pop up in hopes we can help to reunite them to the original cars.

Perhaps you have heard this number?

Thanks Josh, but I have no info on this one. Wish I did  :takealook: Closest I have is its assembly line sequential sibling 236293 which is the former SS/DA "Scavenger" and has been restored back to stock condition.
Cheers!
