Need a little help

If anybody has replaced their drive side outer wheel and has the front lower section that connect to the rocker panel. I need that piece. I don't really want to replace or buy a whole wheel well for . Here are some pics of what I need.

  very common to rust there.  I thought they made small patch panels just for that section?

They don't make a patch panel for it. Guess I'm going to have to do it.
