1970 Challenger RT Front Seat Belt Retractor Cover Install

Another dumb question....see pic below of Cuda Cody's Cuda carpet install with front seat belt retractors installed under the carpet on both sides. Is this also true of Challengers. Is it done the same way and do you have pics?

That is a yellow 1970 T/A Challenger in your photo. 1970 Cuda and Challengers are the same.
