Another interesting 70 only wiring feature was the turn signal sub harness...It was added somewhere after May of 70 for assembly line vehicles but supposedly there was a technical service bulletin that may have retrofitted the earlier vehicles with the harness...My 9-11-69 built  car has it...

What is the Time Delay for?

That's for the optional A01 lighting package..It would also control the "seatbelt" icon on the overhead console...
