Freshening up the Interior (Vinyl panels, dash pad, dash frame)

I've been reading through old posts to freshen up the interior and thought I would confirm the preferred rattle-can methods here...

Interior vinyl panels: SEM 15013 Landau Black (I already started this, and the panels look great!)
Dash Pad: SEM 15013 Landau Black? Is it too shiny?
Dash Frame: SEM 39143 Trim Black, or ACE Hardware black satin?

Only thing I haven't used it on has been fabric . . . 

I did use regular satin black paint on my dash frame.
